Job Summary: As a Service Team Member, you're the face of the guest experience! Whether you're welcoming guests, delivering delicious food, or keeping the vibe upbeat, you’ll be making every visit memorable. This role blends guest engagement, order service, and food running to create a seamless and fun dining experience in our counter-service setting.
Full and Part Time positions available!

What You’ll Do:

  • Greet guests with a big smile and help them navigate the menu with confidence (and maybe a little flair!).
  • Take and input orders accurately into the POS system, making sure dietary preferences and modifications are communicated perfectly.
  • Bring the goods! Deliver food and drinks quickly and correctly, ensuring every plate looks as good as it tastes.
  • Know the menu like the back of your hand—ingredients, prep methods, allergens—so you can be the go-to for guest questions.
  • Check in with guests to make sure they’re loving their meal and experience—because happy guests are our jam.
  • Keep things looking sharp! Clear tables, reset spaces, and keep service areas stocked and ready to roll.
  • Work as a team to keep things flowing smoothly—because great service is all about teamwork!
  • Follow food safety and cleanliness standards to keep our guests (and each other) safe and happy.
  • Jump in wherever needed to keep service fast, efficient, and fun!
What We’re Looking For:

  • Restaurant or hospitality experience is a plus, but we’ll teach the right person!
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills—you’ll be moving and grooving!
  • A team-first attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • The ability to be on your feet, move quickly, and carry food and drinks for extended periods.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays—we make the magic happen when people want to celebrate!
